Tangle presents Half-life-- an exploration of complex systems, time, and decay
Circus-theater meets science fiction– eight women on trapeze survive the end of the world. Inspired by mechanical systems, survivalist propaganda, and the animal kingdom, Half-life is an intricate exploration of utopian visions, strategies for surviving the apocalypse, the organic vs. the robotic, time, and decay. Tangle showcases its narrative, collaborative style and builds and breaks connections between the ground and the air. Coming to the Funicular Railway in June 2012! (Photograph by Jill LeMin Lee.)
